With the help of HubSpot Platinum Partner agency Beans United, RE/MAX Romania applied the inbound methodology for customer acquisition and implemented HubSpot as their marketing platform. They used personalized tactics throughout the buyer’s journey and managed to increase lead generation and website traffic, all while facilitating better sales and marketing alignment.
Knowing one of our main goals was to attract potential investors for the RE/MAX franchise, we proposed and implemented inbound marketing campaigns centered around the main main pain points of their buyer personas. We created downloadable premium content assets (eBooks, videos, and market research studies), targeted to different stages of the sales funnel, and promoted them among specific audiences through paid advertising campaigns.
The prospects landed on the campaign landing pages created in HubSpot, and clicked on specific Call-to-Actions (CTAs) to download the premium content offer the Awareness stage.
Afterwards, we targeted the leads through remarketing ads with a "bottom of the funnel" offer focused on conversion. We also enrolled them in the dedicated lead nurturing flows that we created using HubSpot workflows and slowly led them to the Consideration/Close stage.
When it comes to attracting the right leads and converting them into customers, collaboration between the marketing and sales teams is a must. That is why we decided to align the processes of both departments by using Hubspot. We obtained 100% adoption of Hubspot from both marketing and sales by using:
The sales and marketing teams could access the data they were interested in from the same platform. The leads we attracted through inbound marketing campaigns were assigned to specific deal owners by using hidden fields and custom properties in Hubspot forms.
In order to move the qualified leads from marketing to sales, we used Hubspot Workflows and internal notifications. Whenever a marketing lead was sent to their sales CRM, the sales person was notified and had access to all the marketing activity information needed for a proper sale process.
For reporting, we used the data obtained from the website, as well as from campaigns landing pages and social media.
